Three questions.
What same-day actually means
It is the day you pack it, not the day they ordered. Most online orders come in overnight, so the usual run looks like this.
By post, that same order arrives Thursday or Friday. An order placed during opening hours and packed before 2pm goes out that afternoon.
How it works
Add it to your checkout
A delivery option in settings you already own. Three minutes, once.
Tell us when it is ready
An Eircode, a name, a mobile number. Thirty seconds, from anywhere.
We collect at 2pm
Every weekday, same time. Whatever is packed and waiting goes out.
We deliver by 6pm
Median drop 3.20pm. Your customer gets a tracking text.

You pack the order exactly as you always would, then tell us on the link. That is the whole of your part.
It works on a phone, so it does not depend on anybody being in the shop.
As your numbers build, we will send you what your web developer needs to connect your shopping cart to us directly. No hurry, and nothing to think about yet.

See our Trustpilot →Driver was brilliant. Please extend my thanks to him, he was so kind to wait on a busy Friday.
So impressed with the professionalism, communication and efficiency. I was kept informed at each step in the process, before it happened and when it happened. Hugely grateful.
Driver Andy was very helpful and I was delighted with the service. Weather was very challenging and it was amazing to have it completed in such a professional way.

Not an app, not a crowd, not a startup. Same-day delivery for shops is a new service from a company this city has been using for a long time.
Per delivery, whatever is in the bag. Deliveries further out cost a little more, and we will confirm your rates when we speak.
Or ring and we will walk you through it while you click. Most shops are live the same afternoon.
Or email joepleass@cyclone.ie and we will ring you back.
